When everyone in your organization (whether family, work, or otherwise) holds themselves and others accountable for the following three choices it will revolutionize your culture.
Do not say negative things about others behind their backs or second-guess their decisions;
Do not listen to or tolerate anyone else saying negative things about others or second-guessing decisions; and
Give every member of the group the benefit of their positive intent.
